Chike C. Nwoffiahlistenⓘ(born 22 July 1965 in Nigeria) is a Nigerian filmmaker and arts consultant. He was listed as one of the "Top Ten Most Influential African Americans" in the San Francisco Bay AreabyCity Flight Magazinein 2000. He was Bragi's juror in 2023.

Ingrid works as producer in Norway through her companies Barentsfilm and DUOfilm. She produced “You Will Die at Twenty” by Amjad Abu Alala (Lion of The Future–Venice 2019) and co-produced “Essential Killing”by Jerzy Skolimowski (Grand Jury Awardand Best Actor – Venice 2010) as well as the opening film of IDFA 2017, “Amal” by Mohamed Siam. She was one of Bragi's jurors in 2023.

Regina Ohiama Udalor was born in Sokoto, Nigeria and is the first child of 4. She completed her education in Film at the National Film Institute Jos, and Masters at Manipal University and LV Prasad Film and TV Academy in India. Her desire is to be able to make movies that affect change among youths.

Bragi Film Festival had its maiden edition at the Asker cinema which featured about 20 short films screened and about 30 youths and children in attendance.
The Festival whose idea started with a chat between Mr Robert of Asker International School and Regina Udalor of Peridot Films AS a Filmaker residing in Drammen. They realized there was a need to have a festival that can showcase and celebrate the talents of children and youths (ages 9-20) in the Viken region of Norway. They decided to plan the maiden edition which turned out well.
The festival featured great minds that have shaped both the Norwegian film industry and international. Ingrid Lill Høgtun of Barents Film and Chike C. Nwoffiah founder of Silocon African Film Festival. These filmmakers, who were also jurors of the festival, spoke about their experiences in the festival and said it was amazing to see how the industry has changed in the last years. To see these kids contribute to the film industry through the Bragi Film Festival is extraordinary.
The festival submission had 3 categories under 12, under 15, and under 20 films. Nine films received awards in different categories. There was the Rising Star Filmmaker Award that was won by a nine-year-old filmmaker. There was a Best film and Best Screenplay award for each category. These films handled serious themes with interesting executions from the children that gave a preview into their thoughts and worlds.
